Terms and Conditions:

1. All participants in this promotion (“promotion”) must abide by the normal site rules and terms and conditions governing usage of this website and the associated games;
2. This promotion runs over four different periods. The first runs from 1st July 2009 to the 7th July 2009 inclusive. (Period 1) The second runs from 8th July 2009 to the 14th July 2009. (Period 2) The third runs from 15th July 2009 to the 21st July 2009 inclusive. (Period 3) The fourth runs from 22nd July 2009 to the 29th July 2009. (Period 4) These are collectively known as “promotional periods”).
3. During the promotional periods all players who wager real money on the following head-to-head games -Multiplayer Blackjack (not including Multi-Player ‘Purse Play’ BlackJack), Backgammon, Domino Variants, Poker Dice and Gin Rummy (together the “games”) are automatically deemed to be participating in the promotion and shall be ranked according to their the frequency of games played on these games or matched stakes on games dependant on the promotional period they are playing in.
4. During periods 1 and 2 the top 10 players ranked by ‘Matched Stakes’ on the games shall be entered onto the leaderboard, winning only if they are still there after 7 days of accrued play. During periods 3 and 4 the top 10 players ranked by ‘Cash Games Played on the games shall be entered onto the leaderboard, winning only if they are still ranked there after 7 days of accrued play.
5. The prizes available to be won by participating players are published on the leaderboard contained within the ‘promotions’/‘news’ or ‘latest news’ sections of the website.
6. Prizes shall be dispatched to the top 10 players, the day after the final winner standings have been confirmed. These prizes will be sent via registered mail to the recipient and will be subject to the time take by Royal Mail in the UK and beyond. Cash payments will be made within two working days of them being awarded.
7. Management reserve the unfettered right to exclude or otherwise remove players from participation in the promotion, if the circumstances warrant such exclusion in the sole opinion of management.
8. This promotion is available only once per customer. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
9. Players can substitute prizes for cash should they wish and will need to inform Customer Services of this request once they are confirmed as winners. The cash can then be sent via post to the player at his/her address registered and verified with the company with which they registered their details.
